Warren, I am glad you said that. "Listening" is sometimes more important. Also, promoting others first is a key element to being accepted into these social networking communities.

Very good information.

Personally, I'd not put "consistency" at the top of the list. The advice there is all good, but many get stuck trying to control the details and never get to "listening"

Ultimately, listening and making a meaningful connection with individuals is what it's all about. Social media give us the tools that help us be better human beings
