I found this article because of Google Reader's impending doom (or so they say). I have been searching (and searching, and searching) to find how to change the category of a feed. i want to put all the feeds in the Uncategorized category into their correct categories. Can you help me with this?

Hi Mike,

thank you for the great tutorial!

Here is a trick, how to integrate Google Analytics into Netvibes:
- create a new tab and set it to have just one big box
- choose "add content" -> "essential widgets" -> "webpage widget"
- go to Google Analytics and copy the URL of the desired report to start with
- Make sure the URL does *not* contain a date span like &pdr=20091215-20100114
- Enter the URL into the Webpage Widget and select a large height for the widget

The result should look somewhat like this:
http://www.netvibes.com/redbullbrandwatch#Trends

The Webpage widget is just an iFrame. No data is routed via Netvibes.

You can get the same results with a little manual work as I detailed in this post, as some of the paid solutions offer. That&#39s the beauty of Netvibes, RSS and widgets the possibilities are endless.

Mike, I was quite impressed with Netvibes a few years ago. But as a daily feed reader I went for Google Reader, and suddenly had forgotten all about Netvibes.
Now after reading your post I have been sitting fiddling around Netvibes all day, and must say its quite cool... like finding an old friend... oh, and great tips on the monitoring part... I have a monitor folder in Greader, but rarely get around to do it... Think the overview of Netvibes is better for just skimming.
